Job Objective
To support the Human Resources team in delivering a seamless and efficient onboarding experience by managing all pre‑employment processes, documentation, system entries, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role ensures that all new hires and redeployed employees are properly onboarded in compliance with company standards and HR protocols.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor Pre‑Employment Medical Examination (PEME) endorsements and results
- Collect, validate, and organize all required pre‑employment documents from new hires
- Facilitate endorsements to Client Care Leads (CCL), Benefits, and Contract Management teams
- Manage ID generation and dispatch, ensuring timely release to employees
- Create and maintain accurate 201 files, including endorsement for secure safekeeping
