RBT Paraprofessional/Behavior Support Paraprofessional
The RBT Paraprofessional/Behavior Support Paraprofessional will provide direct support to student's behavioral needs within a school setting. Under the supervision or the BCBA and in collaboration with educational team, the role of a RBT Paraprofessional will focus on implementing student behavior intervention plans, supporting students during academic engagement, student regulation, and student independence.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and appropriately communicate with parent/guardians as directed.
- Ability to remain calm and responsive in high-stress situations.
- Strong ability to follow structured behavior plans and feedback from supervising BCBA/Behavior Specialist.
