What is the opportunity?We are looking for a Director, Intermediaries Services & Strategy to join our Intermediaries department on a permanent basis. Intermediaries are a fast-growing channel managing over £25bn in assets and driving innovation across RBC Brewin Dolphin.You will be a trusted strategic partner and leader who will drive transformational change across the Intermediaries channel. In this role, you will support the Head of Planning & Execution and Intermediary ManCo in designing our Target Operating Model and leading key strategic initiatives, including our technology and digital transformation. You will act as deputy to the Head of Planning & Execution, managing senior management and C-Suite requests whilst influencing stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
