General Description: 
This position reports to the Director of Critical Care Services, with operational oversight provided by the Mission Control Manager. The Rapid Response EMT or Paramedic provides immediate, high-quality emergency medical care within the hospital setting as part of the Rapid Response Team (RRT). This role focuses on early intervention and proactive rounding for deteriorating patients, supporting CODE responses, and assisting in critical care stabilization throughout the inpatient units and emergency department. The position works in close partnership with a Rapid Response Nurse to deliver coordinated, team-based care.
