Job Description / Key Responsibilities
Work with telecom vendor Cloud CME and other vendor tools for scripting, integrations, and operational support
Perform BTS-level activities, including expansion, BBU migration, upgrades, and swap operations
Handle and maintain telecom equipment such as BTS 3900, BTS 5900, and other related vendor products
Support and troubleshoot telecom equipment across multiple vendors (preferred)
Provide clear technical guidance and instructions to subcontractor teams
Ensure effective issue tracking, follow-ups, and timely resolution
Prepare accurate technical reports and updates for management and stakeholders
