            Master’s or PhD in Electrical engineering, Aerospace engineering, or related field. 
Advanced courses in radar theory, RF/microwave design, signal processing, and electromagnetics theory. 
Hands-on experience in radar seeker design, simulation, and testing. 
Experience with airborne radar seeker in military applications. 
Experience with Circuit design in Altium. 
Experience with simulations tools, such as, CST, HFSS, Microwave Office and MATLAB. 
Experience with LTCC technology and MMIC’s design techniques. 
Knowledge of industry and military standards and aviation regulatory compliance.
