APAC Financing is seeking an Associate Candidate to assist in arranging, underwriting, structuring, and executing complex structured finance transactions including senior, stretched-senior, and unitranche loans, mezzanine and subordinate financings, often involving a cross-border or multi-jurisdictional element. APAC Financing covers a broad range of business areas, sectors, and strategies including sponsor-driven corporate LBOs, leveraged lending, commercial real estate (all asset classes, all stages of development), renewables, and special situations.

The successful Candidate should be hard-working, creative, diligent, professional, and be able to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
