Customer Service Officer (Night Shift/Weekend).

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain operational data accurately in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and update milestone tracking across multiple countries to ensure timely operational visibility.
- Respond promptly to customer and internal queries via email and Teams chat, providing accurate and relevant information.
- Record and validate operational details (e.g., cargo information) to support smooth workflows and compliance requirements.
- Review and verify completed work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
- Communicate proactively with country operations and internal teams, providing updates and resolving inquiries professionally.
- Safeguard sensitive customer and company information, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
