The post holder will work as part of a team of nurses dedicated to Home Parenteral Nutrition (HPN) patients. They will require clinical skills and expertise in the assessment, preparation and training of patients and families for Home Parenteral Nutrition, intravascular devices and intestinal failure management at home. They will follow up patients in the home, conduct appropriate outpatient clinics and give clinical advice about Home Parenteral Nutrition related problems. The post holder will be able to work unsupervised with the support of a Team Leader.
