Study and optimize food processing technologies, including extraction, aroma recovery, distillation, fractionation, spray drying, and freeze drying.
Identify and develop new suppliers and raw material sources to support new product development.
Ensure products comply with food safety standards and applicable domestic and international food regulations.
Conduct sensory evaluation and chemical analysis of coffee and beverage products.
Plan and execute pilot-scale and production scale-up trials in collaboration with the Production team.
