Job Title: Quotation Specialist
Job Description
The Quotation Specialist prepares accurate and timely price quotes and project estimates within an electronics manufacturing environment. This role reviews customer requests, analyzes what is required to build electronic products, and translates that information into detailed quotations and bills of material. The Quotation Specialist works closely with procurement, production, and inventory teams, maintains data in an MRP/ERP system, and provides responsive communication to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
Responsibilities

+ Prepare detailed price quotes and project estimates based on customer Statements of Work (SOW).

+ Build accurate bills of material (BOM) for electronic assemblies, including printed circuit boards, mechanical components, and custom parts.
