Position Overview

The Quickbase Business Analyst is the primary stakeholder-facing role responsible for requirements discovery, operational workflow design, user acceptance testing facilitation, and training development. This role partners with MTSC Digital product owner and the six pillar leads to understand business processes and operational requirements, translates these into workflow specifications and business rules for the Solution Architect, facilitates user acceptance testing in Sprint 6, and develops training materials and change management communications for the 1,500 estimated end users and resource managers.

Key Responsibilities

+ Requirements Discovery: Lead Sprint 1 discovery workshops with the six pillar leads and MTSC Digital product owner. Document resource catalogue requirements, demand workflow preferences, capacity calculation rules, allocation management workflows, and reporting priorities.
