Our client is a large construction company currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor Tendering with experience in managing all costs relating to the organization projects from the initial calculations to the final figures, minimizing the costs of a project and enhancing value for money while still achieving the required standards and quality.
Responsibilities - Review the tenders
- Check specifications
- Read technical data, analyze, and take off quantities
- Supplier/subcontractor correspondence
- Prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantities
- Analyze subcontractor/supplier quotes and prepare comparative statements
- Attend to post‑tender correspondences and assist in the preparation of clarifications
