Your new role

You will take fullmercial responsibility for a prestigious high-end refurbishment in Virginia Water valued at £15m. This includes managing structural restoration, bespoke joinery packages, and high-speed finishes. You’ll oversee cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle, while working closely with clients, architects, and specialist trades.
