Position: Quantity Surveyor
Job Responsibilities - Prepare cost estimates, tender documents and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Conduct quantity take-off from architectural and structural drawings
- Assist in tender evaluation, subcontractor comparison and negotiation
- Process monthly progress claims, valuation and certification
- Evaluate Variation Orders (VO) and assess cost implications
- Monitor project budget, cost control and cost reporting
- liaise with project managers, contractors, subcontractors and clients
- Maintain accurate cost records and prepare final accounts
Requirements - Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field
