  • Quantity taking off and cost comparison for main work trades, negotiate and analyse costs for tenders.
  • Take off quantities, compute costing, monitoring and maintaining the cost expenditure of the Project site assigned.
  • Prepare tender submission including bills of quantities and discuss with Manager for pricing.
  • Source for quotation and administration of contracts; obtaining sub‑contractor’s quotation for various trades.
  • Prepare monthly progress claim and cost analysis based on the architectural drawings and materials required.
  • Prepare for final submission and follow‑up with Tender Questionnaires reply and interview.
