            Job Description Work closely with Technical Engineer, competent to interpret specifications and contract documents 
Prepare tender submissions, variation orders, progress payments & claims and finalization of accounts 
Monitor and evaluate progress payments 
Ensure effective cost planning, controlling and budgeting 
Review and advise cost impact for variation of project specifications 
Analysing and negotiating cost with customers and subcontractors 
Monitor project delivery to ensure materials are in accordance to contractual terms and conditions 
Liaise with customers and subcontractors on all costing matters 
Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time 
Job Requirements Min. 3 year of experiences in Aluminium / Construction / Architectural or relevant industry
