Roles & Responsibilities - Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation for quotations and tender
- Prepare necessary documentation for quotation and tender submission
- Prepare Variation Orders, Monthly Progress Claims, Final Accounts and Settlement in a timely manner
- Monitoring and reporting of project budget and cost control
- Follow up with clients on payment certification and liaise with Account Department for tax invoices submission within required timeline
