Call for quotations and confirm scope of works with contractors.

Attend site meetings and conduct site visits.

Manage the full scope of Quantity Surveyor duties from pre-contract to post-contract phases, including tendering, progress claims, and final account preparation.

Cost control and maintain proper documentation.

• AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
• Strong communication and knowledge of market pricing.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
