Quantity Surveyor - Post Contract Stage Responsibilities: Understand and reasonably interpret contract document & drawing Understand contract provision thoroughly and advise the risk/areas of concern To perform measurement and cost breakdown To prepare payment certification to sub-contractor/ supplier To prepare payment claim to client To identify and evaluate variation work Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent Able to read/understand/execute work based on construction drawings Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills Analytical and meticulous with strong interpersonal and good negotiation skill. A dynamic, positive and forward thinking personality will be essential Ability to work with tight deadlines will be an added advantage
