Roles & Responsibilities Prepare Bill of Quantities (for Tender), measurements, cost estimates, and pricing for tenders and project quotations.
Handle progress claims, variation orders (VO), and related documentation for ongoing projects. Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support project progress.
Certify and evaluate progress work done, includes contract administration for variations for both main contract and subcontract works Assist to finalise project accounts Evaluate and certify monthly subcontractor's claim Attend site meetings when required Responsible for related administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned by management Evaluation of tenders received, analysis & reporting.
