Responsibilities: Taking off quantities and costing for pre-tender estimate, variation order, claim, re-measurement and final account Prepare price comparison and project costing sheet Study drawings, specifications to understand project requirements for design change, claim and variation order Prepare, collate and liaise with client and internal project team on monthly progress payment claim and substantiation Prepare document for sourcing of quotations and calling of sub-contract tender including tender evaluation, recommending award and preparing sub-contract document Certify sub-contractors' monthly progress claim and evaluate variation works Operate cost control system for budget monitoring and tracking Exercise good budget control and monitoring Knowledge in cashflow projection is a plus Any other duties as assigned by reporting officer
