Prepare enquiry plans and documents to suppliers that will be used as basis for pricing.
Obtain, compile and evaluate quotations from the respective suppliers/vendors according to tender/contract requirements.
Prepare bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating material and labour costs used in the tendering.
Review and interpret Contract Documents with recommendation for contractual dispute.
Source, negotiate and procure trade packages in compliance with requirement and time schedule including drafting of Subcontract Document.
Ensure that procurement functions are carried out in a highly ethical manner and all decisions are made on objective and defendable grounds.
Initiate, assist and lead in contractual and variation management and documentation.
Assist in setting up and updating of projects budget on monthly basis.
