Manage variations and changes to project scope, cost, and schedule. 
Prepare construction plans to ensure high-quality work. 
Visit the construction site regularly to ensure safety measures are observed. 
Manage a project's budget, including contracts for large construction projects. 
Cost estimation and budget management. 
Procurement of materials and services. 
Contract administration and dispute resolution. 
Risk identification and mitigation. 
 Requirements  Minimum 2 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor. 
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. 
Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
