Job Responsibilities: - Execute all aspects of quantity surveying according to professional standards and best practices in accordance with company policy.
- Carry out detailed quantity measurements for construction activities ensuring cost efficiency measures.
- Source supplier and subcontractor quotations and perform cost analysis for selection.
- Review and verify subcontractor claims, progress billings, and variation submissions according to PSSCOC contracts in and the governing Security of Payments Act.
