Job Description:
Review drawings, take off quantities, prepare Bills of Quantities. Liaise with the construction team & design team to prepare documents for Request for Quotation (RFQ). Source for potential sub-contractors & suppliers and send out invitations for RFQs. Organise, compare, analyse and prepare reports for quotations received. Coordinate queries and clarifications between tenderers and construction team during RFQ stage including arranging and attending for meetings. Assist QS Manager / Contracts Manager in preparation of tender submission. Coordinate post-tender interviews between tenderers, construction team, QS team and contracts team. Assist QS Manager / Contracts Manager in quantity measurements and cost estimates for administration of sub-contracts, price comparation and negotiation.
