Managing costing and budgeting for ongoing and tender projects 
Processing payment claims and final accounts 
Performing liaison with client and main contractors 
Evaluating review terms and conditions of contracts 
Performing other duties as assigned 
 Qualifications  Minimum Degree in Building Quantity Surveying or equivalent 
Proficient in AUTOCAD and EXCEL 
Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction industry (special for RC works)
