            Responsibilities Preparing monthly progress claims, progress payment & finalization of accounts. 
Source/ Liaise/ Negotiate of suppliers & vendors on quotations & requirements. 
Handle Subcon’s progress claims & finalization of accounts. 
Liaise with Main Con/ Client / Sub-Contractor for the claims, VO or other contractual matters. 
Follow up Payment Response/ Payment from Main Contractor/ Consultants/ Client. 
Assist for tender quotation calling and preparing measurement sheets and quantity take-off as required. 
To handle other assigned duties or related job as required. 
Qualifications Minimum diploma or degree holder in Building / Quantity Surveying. 
2-3 Year(s) of working experience in Construction Sector. 
Able to work independently. 
Knowledge in computer software such as MS Words, MS Excel, etc. 
Processes good working attitude.
