1) At least 3 years' experience in ACMV QS work
2) Good knowledge in Building M&E services with experience in ACMV
3) Patient personality & pleasant demeanor
4) Self driven, willing to learn and pick up new skills
5) Participate in tender interviews and handle post tender queries and clarifications
6) Review the bid requirements and prepare tender documentation
