Key Responsibilities - Prepare BOQs cost estimates and tender documentation
- Conduct site measurements and valuations
- Monitor project costs variations and prepare interim/final payment applications
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with contracts and project specifications
- Provide cost advice to project teams and management
Requirements - Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- 23 years of UAE experience in contracting firms
- Strong knowledge of cost control billing and tender processes
