This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Shah Alam. The Quantity Surveyor will prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents for interior design and build projects. The role involves monitoring project costs, performing cost planning and control, and updating cost reports throughout the project life cycle. The Quantity Surveyor will evaluate quotations, support procurement, and assist in contract administration and claims. The individual will collaborate closely with designers, project managers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered within budget and aligned with the company’s quality standards.
