• Prepare and ensure timely submission of Contractors Monthly progress claim and sub-contractor’s certificate for International (Saudi project) building works.
• Assist the Assistant Contract Manager to prepare reports and variation orders.
• Prepare final accounts of main contract and sub-contracts.
• Implement cost control procedures.
• Responsible in taking off quantities and calling for quotations.
• Check quantity and advise purchaser on materials to be ordered.
• Carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior
