Focus on High Rise Project
Prepare, review, and manage Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documentation
Handle project costing, budgeting, and cost control across the full project lifecycle
Evaluate subcontractor quotations, perform cost comparisons, and recommend suitable vendors
Prepare and submit progress claims, interim valuations, and final accounts
Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets
Measure and evaluate variations, claims, and contractual changes accurately
Liaise with project managers, consultants, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution
Assist in contract administration, including preparation of contracts and cost reports
Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and construction standards
Attend site meetings and provide commercial and cost-related support to the project team
