            Duties & Responsibilities include:  Prepare, maintain and management of tender documents comprises of BOQ, tender clarifications and unit prices etc. 
To carry out taking off quantities; Measure of quantities from drawings. 
Prepare proposal and quotation to customer. 
Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary. 
Prepare tender documents to subcontractor / vendor for quotations. 
To source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis; 
Ability to raise tender queries/ design discrepancies timely for clarification; 
Ensure all Suppliers equipment selection and Subcontractors quote meets tender requirements. 
Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior design (ID) projects, taking into account materials, labour, equipment, and other related costs. 
Ability to handle tender correspondences and addendum to update changes made to tender documents;
