Coordinate procurement activities for all projects, including requesting quotations, conducting price comparisons and negotiations, processing purchase orders and overseeing all related documentation post-award. Assist in developing site budget for new awarded projects to ensure project expenses are within budget allocated. Obtain quotation and market pricings for all trades to update pricing database to ensure Requisition of Purchase Order (RPO) rates and future budget rates are within reasonable limit. Obtain additional quotations for comparisons and check exclusions in the quotations for RPO from sites to prevent future additional costs.
