The M&E Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all cost and contractual issues on main contract as well as sub-contracts connected to the project. A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows: Responsible for preparing progress payment claims, variation orders, project budgets & cost control and settlement of final account. Responsible for pre- & post-contracts administration and control. Conduct survey works during project tender stage. Produce pre-tender estimation, preparation of tender documents and maintenance of project documents. Source for suppliers and request for quotations. Conduct tender exercise such as selection of bidders, tender documentation, evaluation of tender submission and award of contract to successful bidder.
