Overview We represent A1/A2 Main-Contractors on QS roles (5-Days Workweek)
Responsibilities - Follows up on the pre and post-contract administration of projects assigned (Mainly Residential, Buildings, Commercial Projects)
- Prepares tender bid documents;
- Reviews work specifications, take-off quantity, costing and liaise with contractors and suppliers;
- Understands the contractual terms and works to ensure that other stakeholders such as Project Team Members, Accounts and Finance understands and complies with the terms;
Requirements - Diploma in Engineering/QS related studies
- At least 1-3 years of working experiences in Quantity surveying
- Experience in handling building construction projects will be advantageous
