The Role

Due to team growth and upcoming projects, the business is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who can get stuck in to new projects. You will play a key role as part of the commercial team on a wide range of projects, working alongside senior and managerial staff to deliver projects to a high standard.

You will:

• Lead cost management and commercial delivery of projects from start to finish
• Work closely with clients, procurement, and project teams to ensure successful delivery
• Support the team and promote best practice in line with company processes
• Confidently manage projects and contribute to smooth project execution
