We are seeking an experienced and commercially aware Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of construction projects across a range of sectors and contract values. Projects may range from specialist works such as fire door installations and compliance upgrades through to major refurbishment and construction schemes valued between £10 million and £15 million. This is primarily a site-based/static role, with the successful candidate based on a designated project. However, there may be occasional requirements to attend the head office or other company locations for meetings, reporting, or commercial reviews.
