We are looking to strengthen our Commercial team with a Quantity Surveyor based at Exeter with hybrid working available.
You will report directly to the Managing QS and you will be expected to take responsibility got several key accounts on a large project or the overall financial control of smaller projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
Applications, valuations / cost value reconciliation. Cost control and forecasting. Prepare and feed information for monthly reports: value, cost, profit/loss, cash flow. Supply chain management. Assisting with Risk and Value Management to optimise solution. Mentor and regularly review with the project team.
