Assist the SQS in reviewing the Bid summary prepared by procurement
Assist the SQS in raising the advance payment application, interim payment application, and final accounts as per the terms of contract and LPO
Assist the SQS with preparing supporting documents such as highlighted drawings and measurement sheets, and coordinate on behalf of the SQS for obtaining inspection requests, site work progress reports, material delivery notes, photographs, etc., from the site team
Take off quantities and conduct site measurement as and when required
Assist the SQS in identifying variations that may occur through changes to drawings, specifications, timelines, methods of work, and subcontractor claims
Assist the SQS to provide further commercial substantiation for variations if required
