Project Quantity Surveyor

Takeoff Drawing and Prepare Quotation.

Prepare and Submit Monthly Progress Claim.

Followup the Progress Claim and Quotation.

Project Management For Document Work in Office (ONLY)

Prepare Method of Statement.

Prepare Risks Assessment.

Monitoring and Coordination For Project Documents.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in relevant studies with quantity survey or at least 5 years experience in facade with relevant construction project industries.

Possess a high level of initiative and efficiency.

Proficient with MS Office, MS Excel and MS Power Point.

Able to use in 2D Autocad.
