Permanent We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter to support both cost management and technical drawing works for construction and interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling quantity surveying duties as well as preparing technical drawings to support project execution. Key Responsibilities
Quantity Surveying Duties
Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations Assist in tender submissions and cost analysis Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts Monitor project costs and budget control Assist in contract administration and procurement processes Liaise with clients, consultants, subc...
