Competent to interpret the specification and contract documents 
Sourcing of new suppliers and subcontractors 
Analyzing and negotiating costs in preparation of tenser BQ and ensuring cost control 
Preparation of process claims and final accounts with clients and subcontractors 
Measuring of Quantity take off from drawings 
Preparation of variation orders, purchase orders and final accounts 
 BIM  Main contractor to steel fabrication coordinator 
Prepare drawing under the supervision of senior Draftsman /Technical Coordinator 
Ensure drawing are produced according to company’s BIM standard and office procedures. 
 Requirements  Academic in relevant Quantity Surveying /Building/Engineering/ BIM, Bachelor’s Degree
