            RESPONSIBILITIES  Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify project scope, requirements, and commercial risks 
Prepare detailed cost estimates, cost plans, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) 
Carry out quantity take-offs for civil works including earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and utilities 
Attend tender briefings, site visits, and walkthroughs for ongoing tenders 
Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers 
Prepare and issue tender enquiry packages to subcontractors (where applicable) 
Conduct price analysis and commercial evaluations to support tender decisions 
Assist in negotiation of contract terms with subcontractors and suppliers 
Prepare and compile tender submissions, including pricing breakdowns and clarifications 
Support tender analysis, evaluation, and recommendation reports
