            Key Responsibilities:  Lead tender teams for building works projects(QS inputs, pricing, submission) 
Manage and develop QS team (Junior to Senior levels). 
Oversee QS activities in projects (cost control, variations, claims). 
Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors. 
Ensure tender submissions and project QS work are accurate and compliant. 
 Requirements:  Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. 
10+ years of QS experience, with at least 3years in a leadership role. 
Proven track record in tender management andproject QS. 
Strong knowledge of building works, contracts,and pricing. 
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. 
Proficient in QS software (e.g. Glodon, Bluebeam). 
Experience with Public and Private Residential Housing, Institutional projects. 
Candidates with Professional QS certification...
