Summary This Position serves as a Quality-Training Specialist within the Program Oversight & Accountability Division on the Approvals Management and Oversight Team and is responsible for performing quality assurance duties and the training of employees performing approvals and compliance actions. This position reports to the Chief Program Oversight Officer. Responsibilities Major Duties: The Quality and Training Specialist (QTS) conducts monthly quality reviews of approval and compliance survey work completed by Education Approval Specialists, Education Compliance Specialists, and contract staff. Identify errors, analyze trends, and provide technical guidance to correct deficiencies. Maintain review records, prepare quality reports, and return incorrect work for correction.
