We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join us as a Quality Technologist (Complaint and Pre-Requisite Program (PRP) Management) . In this role you’ll support complex complaint investigations, reporting and activities related to complaint management while collaborating with stakeholders to improve product quality and drive defect reduction initiatives. This role also oversee pest control governance and coordination with pest control service providers, supporting Carlsberg Excellence execution within the Quality Assurance department, and participating in PRP, Quality and Food Safety Management System and Quality Carlsberg Operating Manual (QCOM) execution.
