Job Responsibilities
A Quality Technician plays a critical role in ensuring product reliability, optimizing performance, and preventing future failures. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, analytical skills, and hands-on practical experience to effectively identify, document and locate failures in an engineering system. Perform electrical and physical failure analysis (FA) on semiconductor substrates using a range of analytical tools to identify defect mechanisms and support root-cause investigations. Conduct sample preparation and execute FA workflows, translating findings into actionable insights for quality or engineering teams. Hands on experience to operate, maintain, and calibrate FA laboratory equipment, while supporting the development and optimization of analytical techniques and test recipes.
