**Job Title: Quality Technician**

**Hours:** 1st Shift 8am-4:30pm Mpnday-Friday

**Job Description**

This role verifies the accuracy of outgoing shipments, supports root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives, and maintains inspection equipment to uphold high quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Check and verify that all production standards, specifications, and tolerances are maintained throughout the entire shift using micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
+ Inspect and verify all outgoing shipments for accuracy.
+ Record test results and inspection findings.
+ Log defects and non-conformances, categorize issues, and document detailed descriptions.
+ Ensure calibration and routine maintenance of inspection and testing instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
